Brian Eno

Pastor/Director of NextGen Ministries at the Oregon Ministry Network. In this role he has the opportunity to serve children and youth pastors / workers in 187 churches and ministries in the state of Oregon. Brian’s vision is to help develop people into mature life-long followers of Jesus Christ, and to encourage, equip and empower leaders and students to find their place in the Kingdom of God.

Barbara Eno

Barbara was born and raised in Carlsbad, California and moved to Oregon in the spring of 1999. Her passions include family, music and living healthy. She has served in the local church as a worship leader, children’s choir/musical director and youth leader. Her goal in life is to be faithful to God, her family, and His church.

David Hertweck

David has his MA in Transformational Leadership, has served in youth ministry for almost 20 years and is the author of two books. He’s passionate about helping local church youth workers create and sustain disciple-making environments marked by Gospel Fluency, Spirit Dependency and Biblical Community.

Dick Gruber

Dick Gruber, D.Min. is a husband, father, grandfather (pagí), pastor, professor, author, composer, and artist. Since 1975, he has served as a children’s church leader, children’s pastor, evangelist, writer, conference speaker and children’s ministries consultant and trainer. He’s developed a Bachelor’s Degree program in Children’s Ministries and travels world-wide reaching children and speaking in Children’s Ministries training events.

   Five Sessions

Inspiring encounters with God through worship and anointed messages from God’s word.

   Six Workshops

Practical and relevant teaching on the issues that you face as a NextGen leader.

   Two Dinners

Don’t worry about where to eat dinner. Enjoy dinner on-site during the event.

   Regional Lunch

A chance to connect with fellow leaders from your region. Lunches take place at restaurants in the Salem area.

   The Exchange

Digital resources that you have created and are willing to share will be posted to an online archive. Physical resources can be exchanged during Fusion.

   8-Minute Table Talks

Fast-paced, almost frenetic, round-tables with other NextGen leaders. A great opportunity to connect with and learn from others.
